Diabetological examination by a subspecialist aims at regulating the type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes. It includes evaluation of potential chronic complications (eyes, kidneys, nerves, blood vessels …) related to diabetes. Therapy and specific life style guidelines are adjusted for each patient in order to simplify his/her everyday life and to increase the life quality.

In order to get the full insight into your condition, please bring all your medical documentation along with glychemic profile, fundus state and laboratory results (HbA1c, blood test, creatinine, K, albumin, …).
